This villa built in 1923 by the architect Yves Hémar, is charming . It’ s located in Saint-Malo along the large beach and is 20 minutes’ s walk from "intra-muros" , ten minutes from the station (I can pick you up the station) and five minutes from the Thermes Marins It’ s a very quiet area.
All the rooms have an outstanding view over the sea : the sitting-room where you can read numerous books about Brittany as well as the living-room where you have breakfast at a large table.
Free private can park between the house and the picturesque garden « à la française » with its low stone walls and stone benches.
